For security reasons, we frequently update our receiver details. The payment information provided in your email may become outdated within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Please be aware that international money transfer services, such as MoneyGram and Western Union, do not permit transfers for the purchase of goods or services. When prompted, confirm that you are not making a purchase, and that you personally know the receiver. Additionally, it is crucial that the receiver's name is accurately spelled to facilitate the funds' pickup.
- As we employ receivers from various locations worldwide, they may occasionally face blocks due to security measures against fraud or scams. Providing incorrect answers during the transfer process can lead to rejection, and our accounts may be flagged.
- For smoother transactions, we recommend making transfers through local agencies, as they typically involve fewer inquiries and face fewer flags compared to online credit card services.
- Please note that payment confirmation is mandatory for all transactions, including Bitcoin payments. Orders will not be processed without proper payment confirmation.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
For Western Union and MoneyGram transactions, it is essential for us to efficiently retrieve the funds that you send. Kindly provide the precise name of the sender, and include the digit code, typically labeled as MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) or Reference number. This code will be provided to you by the money transfer agent.
In the case of Bitcoin or USDT payments, the process is more straightforward. Simply furnish us with your Order ID# and the exact amount of bitcoin or usdt you transmitted. Please refrain from rounding the amount, as providing the precise figure assists us in swiftly identifying and confirming your payment
Once payment for your order has been made, you can confirm your purchase through either of the following methods:
- Confirmation via Email: Directly respond to the email you receive immediately after placing your order. Within this email, you'll find a form that you can fill out to confirm your payment.
- Confirmation through Your Account: Access the Order History section in your account. Navigate to the Enter Payment Info option and complete all the necessary fields with the required information.
